Dispatch
Orders leave the studio Monday through Friday. Tracking arrives by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
On arrival
Check the garments and sizing before removing tags. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact customer service within 48 hours with your order number and clear photographs.
Returns
Unworn garments with original tags may be returned within 30 days. Final-sale items are not eligible unless faulty.
